Terms and Conditions

If you are not able to attend the event, we will charge the following processing fee:

1. Until 2 weeks before the start of the event, 10% of the participation fee.

2. Until 1 week before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee.

3. Within 1 week before the start of the event, 100% of the participation fee.

Of course, we accept a substitute participant without additional costs.

The organizer reserves the right to change topics and speakers. If the event has to be canceled by the organizer for organizational or other reasons, the participation fee will be refunded in full amount. The number of participants is limited at all seminars. The minimum number of participants is 6 people.

Terms of payment

The billing amount shall be immediately payable and due for payment without deductions within 14 days after receipt

Please note!

The booking of the seminar is a binding registration. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are determined by the date on which notice of cancellation is received. In the case of non-appearance at the event without prior written information, the full seminar fees are due.
