Our office in Hamburg is looking your support!

Pharmacovigilance Officer (w / m), full or part time

You are the first contact for our customers regarding the pharmacovigilance system. You advise on existing systems or assist in its implementation. We rely on your experience and professionalism.

Your tasks:

  • Qualified customers support and taking over all tasks according to section 10 of the German Drug Law (AMG), in particular §§ 62, 63a, 63b, 63c, 63d and 63h (national area)
  • Preparation of relevant PV documents (PSMF, PSUR, RMP, etc)
  • Registration and reporting (EMA, BfArM) of adverse drug effects (ADRs)
  • Implementation of applicable guidelines as well as regulations in customers processes/SOPs
  • Seminar and training presentations
  • Support in new client acquisition

Your profile:

  • Physicians, natural scientists or pharmacists with a degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical products safety field
  • Qualified Person responsible for pharmacovigilance as defined in Section 63a (1) of the German Drug Law (AMG)
  • Practice-oriented compliance understanding
  • Pronounced cost awareness
  • Teamwork and strong commitment
  • Independent, responsible well-structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Very good German, English and MS Office skills
  • Integrity and discretion
